There has been much debate about the talent of both Uematsu and Williams. I’d like to see how you guys feel about each composer.

I feel as though Mr. Williams is far superior in terms of talent and creating timeless musical masterpieces. Mr. Williams’ compositions have transcended the limits of our imagination and have moved us emotionally. Mr. Williams will leave an everlasting, unsurpassed impression of theatrical music. He has set the standard so high, it is unlikely that he will be matched for generations.

I love John Williams.
